Delivery Method
We ship our products with DHL. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Delivery Time
Normal delivery time in the EU is 4-10 business days and for Sweden it is 1-3 business days after we receive your order. During peak season or in the event of unforeseen events, delivery may take longer, but we will always notify you of any delays.

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Any free shipping promotions are clearly displayed on our webshop.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders over 549 SEK. This offer is valid for deliveries within Sweden only and cannot be combined with other shipping discounts.

Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package within the specified time, you as the customer are responsible for the costs of return shipping and any new delivery.

Right of withdrawal and complaint
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as the customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. The product must be in the same condition as when delivered.
In the event of a complaint, the Consumer Sales Act applies - contact us if you have received a defective or incorrect item and we will help you with a new delivery or refund.
