Right of withdrawal and return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage garment. According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your package. This right applies to all items in our webshop, including sale items and items bought with gift cards.
Return Shipping Cost
The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal. Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
How to make a return:

- Pack the item safely: To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, and with any tags still attached).

Send the package: You must ship the item back at your own expense to our return address:

- Please note: You must use a trackable shipping method when sending the item back to us. The customer is fully responsible for the package and the item until it safely reaches us.
Damages and issues (Complaints)
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately via [CONTACT US]. In the case of a valid complaint under the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), we will cover the shipping costs and make it right through a full refund or a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned vintage item, we will send you a confirmation email. When approved, your refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method (Swish, Klarna, or Card) within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
