Shipping Method We ship with DHL. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Delivery Time Normal delivery time within the EU is 4–10 business days and within Sweden 1–3 business days after we receive your order. During peak season or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer – we will always notify you of any delays.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THESE COUNTRIES. Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping Cost The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Any shipping discounts are clearly shown in our webshop.

Free Shipping Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders over 549 SEK. This offer is valid for deliveries within Sweden only and cannot be combined with other shipping discounts.

Unclaimed Packages If you do not collect your package within the specified time, you as the customer are responsible for the costs of return shipping and any new delivery.

Right of Withdrawal and Complaints According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. The item must be in the same condition as when delivered. In the event of a complaint, the Consumer Purchase Act applies – contact us if you have received a defective or incorrect item and we will help you with a new delivery or refund.

Prices and Fees All prices are listed in SEK. This business is not VAT-registered and no VAT is charged on your purchases. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Within Sweden, shipping is free on orders over 549 SEK.
