Organizational Form Designer Club Studio was started as a Junior Achievement company (UF) during the school year 2025–2026 in Halmstad, Halland. The business is today continued by Eddie Hörberg as a hobby business. We are not a registered company. The business is not VAT-registered and no VAT is charged on purchases.

Prices and Fees All prices are listed in SEK. No VAT is added to your purchases. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Within Sweden, shipping is free on orders over 549 SEK.

Delivery Items are shipped within 1–3 business days within Sweden. Delivery time within the EU is 4–10 business days after ordering. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We only ship to the following countries (EU): Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. Contact us before returning an item. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Complaints According to the Consumer Purchase Act (2022:260), you have the right to complain about a product if it is faulty. Contact us as soon as possible by email: designerclubstudio@gmail.com

Product Safety All items are used vintage clothing. We carefully check that they are not harmful or dangerous (Product Safety Act 2004:451).

Condition Guide We carefully assess all garments according to the following scale:

  • New with tags – Never worn, tags may still be attached.
  • Excellent condition – Barely worn, no visible defects.
  • Good condition – Normally worn, no major defects.
  • Good condition with signs of wear – Visible but minor defects such as light pilling, small stains or normal wear.
  • See description – Noticeable defects described in detail in the product description.
